The Zimbabwe Tourism Authority head of corporate affairs Godfrey Koti says the Harare International Carnival will not be held this year and has since been moved to a much later date in 2019.

Speaking to Capitalk FM news, Mr Koti said ZTA will not be hosting the event this year because it was overtaken by numerous events.

This year's Harare international carnival was supposed to have been held in October but had been postponed due to the outbreak of the typhoid and cholera outbreak in Harare as well.
