President Emmerson Mnangagwa this morning swore in members of a Tribunal that has been set up to investigate whether suspended prosecutor-general Advocate Ray Goba is still fit to hold such office.

Advocate Goba is accused of failing to prosecute high profile corruption cases; general abuse of office and traveling out of the country without cabinet approval, among other issues.

Speaking to journalists after the swearing of Retired Justice November Mtshiya, who is the chairman of the tribunal, Advocate Takawira Nzombe and lawyer Ms Wendy Chingeya at state house, Ministry Of Justice, Legal And Parliamentary Affairs Permanent Secretary Mrs Virginia Mabhiza said advocate Goba will know his fate within the next four months.
