 President Emmerson Mnangagwa has this morning named corporates and individuals that externalised funds and ignored his three-month ultimatum for them to return the loot.

The published list, which is in 3 subcategories, has over 1000 externalisers, most of which are in mining, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors.

According to the statement, a total of $1 417 603 404 was externalized and approximately $591 100 000 worth of foreign currency and assets was returned – leaving a balance of $826 503 404.

Topping the list of companies that looted money are mining companies namely African Associated Mines ($62 million), Marange Resources ($54,2 million), Canadile Miners ($31,3 million), Mbada ($14,7 million) and Jinan ($11 million).

Gold Driven Tobacco externalised $10,6 million while Allied Timbers spirited away $4,3 million while Pacific Cigarette Company looted $4,1 million.
